WE NEED TO RECOVER OUR SELF-AWARENESS

In this video, Dr. Hagins explains that our self-awareness was removed by a strategic process that resulted in the dismantling of the psyche of Black people.  The institutions that made our societies strong were replaced with false concepts that fostered infighting and challenged power relations within our communities. In this video, Dr. Hagins explains that one of the most destructive things in a person’s life is trying to handle something that they simply cannot handle! This is called “powerlessness.” We live in a society where it is unacceptable to admit to being powerless because we interpret that as defeat.
