If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it, grant a credit, or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

NOTE: CDs and DVDs must be returned in the same condition as when you received them! CDs and DVDs returned with scratches, finger prints, or other evidence of poor handling WILL NOT be replaced.

We are so confident that your information cannot be compromised as a result of shopping at the Truth Center Online Store that we guarantee your protection in the event of unauthorized interception and use of your credit card. If you think your credit card has been compromised as a result of shopping at the Truth Center Online Store please contact your credit card provider immediately. Most banks either cover all charges, or limit your liability to $50. We guarantee that if your card was compromised as a result of shopping at the Truth Center Online Store and your bank does not cover all charges, we will compensate you for the amount of your liability, up to $100.00.


SHIPPING & HANDLING...

There is a 15% shipping and handling charge on all orders (not to exceed $10.00)!

When orders are placed that DO NOT total enough to pay for current postage rates (i.e., 1 CD or 1 Book), the shipping and handling cost will be the current postage rate for that package.

At the Truth Center Online Store, we will always work with you to ensure that you receive your order in the safest, most economical and expedient manner possible.  However, due to limited staff and the volume of orders received, please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for delivery!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship orders internationally, however, we are not able to guarantee delivery because the USPS does not provide "delivery confirmation" on international orders. Therefore, please be advised that placing your order with us means that you understand this and agree to such.
