  • Acquire at least fifteen (15) regular members. (Groups of less than fifteen (15) members shall be recognized as an affiliate “study group.”)

  • The President/Chief Elder shall appoint an interim minister for a period of 90 days (during which time the interim minister shall complete the “Presiding Ministers Training Colloquium”).

  • After the requirements for obtaining a charter have been satisfied, a Charter will be granted to the Chapter authorizing its existence and privilege to operate as “The Afrikan Village at (City & State).”  The duration of the Chapter shall be one calendar year as certified by the issuance of an annual charter from the National Board. The charter shall be renewed annually as per the satisfactory performance of the mission and obligations of the local chapter.
